절대란 다른 어떤것과 비교 할 수 없는 것이고 진리는 변하지 않는 사실이다. 우리가 믿는 예수 그리스도나 성경은 절대진리다. 우리는 이것을 지키는 데 목숨을 걸어야 한다.

그러데 요즘에 와서 우리 그리스도인들을 흔들어서 혼미케 하는 것들이 있다. 포스트모더니즘 (Postmodenism)이다.  직역하면 후기 현대주의이다. 이는 절대 진리는 없다는 것이며 믿고 의지하는 것이 서로 다를 수 있으니 기독교만이 구원이 있다고 말하지 말라고 한다.

여기서 이어 나온 것이 곧 상황윤리 (Situation Ethics)이다. 상황에 따라서 대처하는 행동을 달리할 수 있는 것이 지혜란다. 

예수 그리스도께서는 이런 자들이 일어날것을 미리 아시고 이런 말씀을 하셨다. "천지는 없어질지언정 내 말은 없어지지 아니하리라"(마24:35).

청소년 시절에 바벨론의 포로로 잡혀간 사드락과 메삭과 아벳느고는  십계명 중에서 제일과 제이 계명을 지키기 위해서 느브갓네살의 금신상에게 절하지 읺다가 평일보다 칠 배나 더 뜨거운 풀무불에 던져졌다 육신적으로는 삼 년 동안이나 국비 장학생으로 공부를 했을지라도 신앙 양심을 지키는 것이 우선이었다

결과는 하나님께서 그들을 지커 주심으로서 머리털 하나도 상하지 않았다(단3장). 환경이나  상황이 바뀌어도 하나님의 말씀을 지키는 자는 하나님이 지키시고 (계3:10) 악한 자가 손도 대지 못하게 하신다(요한1서,5:18).

우리 그리스도인들이 경계해야 할자들은 이성주의 합리주의 과학 만능주의자들이다 신본주의를 사수하고 인본주의를 경계하라.

매일 성경을 읽고 매일 기도를 쉬지 말고 마귀에게 틈을 주지말라. 거룩한 바보가 되라(고전1:18). 사도행전의 멱사를 계승하라. 오직 성령으로 충만함을 받으라. 하나님의 나라는 말에 있지 않고 능력에 있다 (고전4:20)

우리모두 850대1로 싸워서 이긴 엘리야처럼 되자(왕상18장). 절대진리를 세상 끝날 까지 사수하자. 그런 자들에게 주의 평강이 함께 하리라.

Absolute Truth

The word absolute refers to that which cannot be compared with anything else, and truth is that which never changes. Jesus Christ, whom we believe in, and the Word of God, the Bible, are absolute truth. We must be willing to lay down our lives to defend and uphold this truth.

However, in recent times there have been ideas that confuse and shake the faith of Christians. One of them is postmodernism, which literally means "the philosophy of the postmodern era." It denies the existence of absolute truth, claiming that since people have different beliefs and values, Christians should not say that salvation is found only in Jesus Christ.

Flowing from this philosophy is situation ethics, which teaches that what is right or wrong depends on the circumstances and that wisdom lies in changing one's moral standards according to the situation.

Knowing that such teachings would arise, Jesus declared, "Heaven and earth will pass away, but My words will never pass away" (Matthew 24:35).

When Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego were taken captive to Babylon as young men, they refused to bow before King Nebuchadnezzar's golden image because they were determined to obey the first and second commandments. Although they had received three years of education at the king's expense, they considered faithfulness to God more important than personal advancement. As a result, they were thrown into a blazing furnace heated seven times hotter than usual.

Yet God protected them so completely that not even a hair on their heads was singed (Daniel 3). Those who remain faithful to God's Word, regardless of changing circumstances, are protected by God. He promises to keep those who keep His Word (Revelation 3:10), and the evil one cannot harm those who belong to Him (1 John 5:18).

Christians must be on guard against ideologies such as rationalism, excessive human reasoning, and scientism—the belief that science alone can answer every question. We must stand firmly on God-centered truth rather than human-centered thinking.

Read the Bible every day. Pray without ceasing. Do not give the devil an opportunity to gain a foothold. Be willing to become a "holy fool" for Christ, for "the message of the cross is foolishness to those who are perishing" (1 Corinthians 1:18). Continue the work and witness of the Book of Acts. Be continually filled with the Holy Spirit, for "the kingdom of God is not a matter of talk but of power" (1 Corinthians 4:20).

May we all become like Elijah, who stood alone against the 850 prophets of Baal and Asherah and prevailed through the power of God (1 Kings 18). Let us hold firmly to God's absolute truth until the end of the age, and may the peace of the Lord be with all who faithfully stand for His truth.
