목회자 여러분은

예수 그리스를 대신한 사신 입니다. (고후 5:20)

예수의 마음읕 품으십시요 (빌2:5-8)

자기를 비우고 내려 놓으십시오. 예수님 처럼 가르치고 전파하고 고치는 일을 하십시요 (마4:24)

목회를 두 발 자전거를 타듯 해 보십시요. 앞 바퀴는 말씀(방향제시) 뒷 바퀴는 동력(기도)입니다. 속도보다 우선이 방향입니다.

두 날개를 치고 높이오르는 독수리가 되어 보십시오(사 40:31). 예수님에게 있는 은혜와 진리가 두날개입니다. (요1:14-16). 성경의 저자이신 성령으로 충만 하십시요. 성령에 매이고 (행20:22-24) 말씀에 잡힌자가 (행18:5) 예수님의 손에 잡힌자 입니다(빌 3:12). 피동자로서 목회자로서의 언행심가사 오직 주님에 의해 나오게 해보십시요 (계1:16, 20)

우선 순위를 따르십시요. 세상 끝날까지 영, 혼, 몸이 온전히 보존 되게 하십시요 (살전 5:23)

영혼 잘됨이 우선입니다. 주님은 깨끗한자를 귀히 쓰십니다 (딤후2:20). 목회자의 간절한 기대와 소망은 내 몸에서 그리스도가 존귀케 되는 것이니 (빌1:20-21) 마음에 이런 소원을 주신 분이 하나님이십니다 (빌2:13).

Pastors (Church ministers and leaders),

you are the ambassador for Jesus Christ. (2 Corinthians 5:20). Have the heart of Jesus (Philippians 2:5-8). Empty yourself and put it down. Teach, preach, and correct like Jesus (Matthew 4:24). Make your ministry like riding a two-wheeled bicycle. The front wheel is the Word (direction) and the rear wheel is the power (prayer). Direction is prior to speed.

Spread your wings and become a soaring eagle (Isaiah 40:31). The grace and truth in Jesus are two wings. (John 1:14-16). Be filled with the Holy Spirit, the author of the Bible. Those who are bound by the Holy Spirit (Acts 20:22-24) and devoted themselves exclusively to preaching, caught by the Word (Acts 18:5) are those whom Jesus took hold of (Philippians 3:12). Let the words, deeds, and thoughts as a pastor come out only by the Lord (Rev 1:16, 20)

Set your priorities. “May your whole spirit, soul, and body be preserved blameless until the end of the world” (1 Thessalonians 5:23). The well-being of the soul comes first. The Lord honors those who are sanctified as a clean vessel (2 Timothy 2:20). The earnest expectation and hope of a pastor is that Christ be honored in his(her) body (Philippians 1:20-21). It is God who has given us this desire in our hearts (Philippians 2:13).
